Practice area (Wirkungskreis)
Practice area means the deliberate decision about which properties, which sizes, and which challenges we work on. And therefore: which we don't.
Anyone who advises everyone knows nothing in depth. That is not modesty. That is experience.
What we see in practice: Bräu Innovation advises owner-operated hotels in German-speaking Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), 30 to 300 rooms. No franchises, no chain properties, no hotel groups. The decision wasn't made because the market is too small. It was made because family businesses have their own decision logic: their own financing structures, their own quiet construction sites, their own blind spots, and their own strengths that chains will never match. Anyone who doesn't know that context advises past reality. We know it because we come from it.
