What does Bräu Innovation & Consulting actually do?
Four areas. Operational efficiency on the floor (front desk, housekeeping, F&B, back office); digital operations (PMS, POS, channel manager); financial management (month-end close, forecasting, weekly cash); and systems integration. One person on the call, not a project team. DACH region: Germany, Austria, Switzerland.
Do you run the operation yourself, or just advise?
Both, depending on the brief. Interim work during ownership transitions, sounding board for the general manager, or a quiet hand on a project that has stalled. We agree on the shape of the work before it starts.
Can I see case studies or references?
References on request, with the property owner's consent. Discretion is part of how this works. Most owner-operated houses prefer it that way.
